What You Need

  • 24 oz lobster chunks
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 red onion 
  • 2 carrots
  • 4 stalks celery
  • 1/2 cup tomato paste
  • 1 quart seafood broth
  • 2 cups white wine
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 oz brandy
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3 bay leaves
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 tsp peppercorns
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1 tsp xantham gum
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • parsley

BUTTER BOB'S FAMOUS LOW CARB CHILI

What You Need

  • 2 tsps garlic powder
  • 1/8 cup cumin
  • 1 large onion
  • 2 green bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne powder
  • 3 tsp salt
  • 3 1/2  lbs hamburger
  • 1 lb hot sausage
  • 1 – 10.5 oz can of Rotel Tomatoes and Green Chilies.
  • 1 – 10.75 oz can of Tomato Puree

CREAM OF MUSHROOM SOUP

  • 1 pound button mushrooms, cleaned, quartered or sliced

  • 2 TBS minced shallots
  • 1 head roasted garlic
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/2 bay leaf
  • 1 tsp Celtic sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp fresh ground pepper
  • 4 oz cream cheese (OR avocado pureed if dairy free)
  • 2 cups bone broth (boxed will work, I used beef)
